Kane Whitaker founded Encore Pipe & Construction in 2012, after three decades building pipelines in the Permian. He and his wife, Rena, have built Encore together as partners ever since, and it's still led by West Texans today. That continuity matters in this business. The people setting your schedule have built lines through every Permian cycle since 1982.
We didn't parachute in from a national footprint chasing the basin. We're from here. We know the soil, the landowners, the right-of-way conditions, the operators, and the regulators, because we've worked alongside them for over 40 years.
